Financial Aid
2025-26 General Information
CSHM offers financial aid to qualifying families. Thanks to generous donors and foundations we are able to provide limited assistance, making a quality Catholic education available to a wide variety of students. CSHM works with a third party company, FACTS, to assess financial need within our community. We encourage every family making under $100,000.00 to fill out a financial aid application.
Financial Aid applications must include 2023 tax returns.
All financial aid applications must be completed by January 16, 2026.
The amount of assistance awarded is based on need. Families receiving financial aid will still be required to pay a portion of the tuition plus the required fees (i.e. application fees, registration fees, books, mandatory fundraisers, parent service hours, athletic spirit pack fees, etc.).

Applications must be submitted through the FACTS Grant & Aid Application Website. Please allow 3 weeks for your application to be processed by FACTS Grant & Aid.
It is the family's responsibility to follow up with CSHM's Front Office to confirm the receipt of FACTS Financial Aid information.

Catholic Education Foundation of Los Angeles (CEF)
Applications for CEF awards for school year 25/26 are currently closed. If you submitted an application, please be sure to check your email around March/April for a message from CEF regarding the decision.
